We originally called about nine roofers to give us estimates on just making minor repairs to caps and exposed wood. The five that came out to the house said we needed a new roof within 3 years. Nathan from Roof Masters was willing to address all of the patch work for the best price.
Then we changed our minds and decided to just get the whole roof replaced. Nate was very cooperative and willing to quote us prices any way we wanted, and then provided the best price. Nathan came out often and talked to us at length on replacing the shingles, flashings, rotted wood trim, some sagging plywood, pipe collars, repainting, brick sealant above a bay window, replacing soffit section breached by squirrels, moving a 40-foot rain gutter away from the wall 2 inches so it would work better, replacing the attic fan with one that is completely solar powered (and it works great) and he had the most competitive price.
On top of that, they gave us a 30-year parts and labor warranty with no deductible (no one else would provide a warranty that came close to that). We have a 4200+ sq ft home and detached garage, and a crew of about a dozen workers did the job in about two days, and a third day was needed for just a few workers to finish up.
The quality of work was excellent, as I carefully scrutinized all areas, and they did a good job cleaning up. I will admit that I spent a lot of time inspecting my driveway (cobblestone) for nails, because there were a lot of them that came off the roof, and it only takes one to cause a flat tire. They also went over the driveway with a powerful magnet to pick up nails. There were no issues with any of our car tires. I definitely recommend Roof Masters. Ask for Nathan.
